Welcome to Crown Colony Pediatrics. We are so glad you have chosen us to care for your child(ren)! Whether you are a brand-new parent, entering the world of teen parenting, or even a grandparent, we understand your desire to help your child achieve excellent physical, mental, and social health.

What to Expect

We are a team of 5 Board Certified Pediatricians & Members of the American Academy Of Pediatrics. We have dedicated our practice to caring for our patients & their families as they grow. You may have to pick a primary care physician for your insurance, however we work as a collaborative team and appointments may be scheduled with any of our practitioners.

As part of our team we also have a behavioral health specialist and a medical home coordinator on-site.

We are open 7 days a week and available 24 hours a day by phone.

Holidays we are closed: Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, & Christmas

Prior to your Visit

If you are transferring in from another practice, we ask that you send us any previous medical records including immunization records so we may review them and get to know your child prior to their first appointment. After reviewing the records, we will call you to schedule a time to be seen. We do our best to expedite this process, buy it can take up to 7-10 days.

At the Time of your Visit

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment and bring your insurance card and photo ID to expedite the check-in process. Co-pays are due at the time of your visit.

My-Chart Patient Portal

My-Chart is our on-line patient portal. After completing the enrollment form in the office, you will be given an activation code that will give you access to the MyChart portal and the opportunity to create a login/password for MyChart. The activation code will only be usable for two weeks after enrollment, please create a login/password within that two week period.
