Phones are answered 30 min prior to opening & turned over to our answering service 30 min prior to closing.

We see our patients by appointment only. This is why you should ALWAYS call before coming to the office.
Telehealth visits are available and also need to be scheduled in advance.
In the case of illness, we always see a sick child. We do our best to schedule the appointments at reasonable intervals, so that everyone can be seen. We also try to keep your waiting room time to a minimum.
Due to the unpredictability of illness in the pediatric population, often we cannot follow a precise schedule. For this reason, we kindly ask for your continued patience and understanding. This allows us to ensure that each child receives proper attention.
Well child visits need to be scheduled in ADVANCE and will be scheduled according to availability. If you have a preference of doctor, days and times, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please know you may need to plan four weeks in advance so that we may accommodate your requests.
After Hours Answering Service
Our Doctors are available 24 hours a day. After hours, our answering service will page the Doctor on call.

Closed Holidays
The office is closed during these Holidays however there is a doctor available 24/7 for calls.
